Yes. You can request a refund under 2 conditions. 1) You have used the puzzle tools a maximum of 3 times. (you will see a tracker on your account page) 2) You have created those puzzles / items within the first 48 hours of purchase. If you have used the tools more than 3 times in the first 48 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund. Most puzzle tool companies or affiliate platforms for YouTubers and similar places do not allow any refunds at all as you probably know. To make sure you are buying something you like and are interested in, please watch all videos demonstrating our products / tools, read the information pages, etc. And just know that we will offer support for each tool, we will be working on upgrades, and if you encounter any bugs, please report them directly to us and we will fix them. 2. You can include a free giveaway bonus in your paid book with up to 10 pages in exchange for an email per book.

3. What is Not Allowed?

1. You may not create book interiors and sell them as individual pages or interiors for download on Etsy.
2. You may not create book interiors and sell them for re-use by other creators on marketplaces like Creative Fabrica.
3. You cannot sell the commercial rights to any design you create for re-sale by another client creator who then uses it to be sold for commercial use etc.
